Rybrook Shrewsbury is looking for a Part Time Service Telephonist.
Your role
The Service Telephonist role involves guiding customers through the process of servicing their vehicle, starting with the initial booking of their vehicle into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service, you will find out their requirements, advise on cost and estimating timescale, and arrange courtesy cars.
The hours are Monday & Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Wednesday & Thursday 9:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is a confident telephonist who is used to dealing with customers over the phone. As well as having exceptional customer service skills, the ideal candidate will have the ability to promote our products and services confidently and also accurately book appointments - training will be provided
A solid track record as a dealership service advisor, service booking advisor or service receptionist will be advantageous as will experience in using Kerridge, ADP Autoline or CDK Drive. Candidates with previous advisor experience with BMW/MINI brand will be prioritised
