SIA Licence would be an advantage but company willing to put you on training course. Enhanced DBS is required.

Hours of work are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday

• Ensure the security of the building
• Monitoring of CCTV system
• Providing the main initial contact for visitors, contractors and tenants to the building
• Liaison with Tenants on a day-to-day basis offering an efficient friendly interface
• Organise regular tenant activities and events
• Continually evaluate our offering to tenants and innovate the front of house experience for the tenants in the building
• Handle and coordinate potential viewings of vacant space
• Regulate (and monitor) the facilities to meet ALL regulations and guidelines ensuring that the premises are in compliance with all applicable legislations
• Handle any problems / complaints from the occupants effectively
• Update occupiers regarding maintenance and compliance issues
• Coordinate building maintenance and repairs
• Attend and coordinate tenant meetings
• Monitor the performance of all contractors working on site
• Maintaining records regarding all mandatory and non-mandatory inspections
• Operation and control of the building management system
• Develop and implement site emergency procedures
• Carrying out building inspections and assemble a prioritised reactive maintenance list
• Advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Assemble regular and ad hoc reports as required by the client from time to time
• Site meter reads
• Management of site via CAFM systems
• Stock and order of any required materials and consumables
• Any other duties deemed to be within your capabilities
