For this role, we are looking for someone who has great interpersonal skills, and enjoys not only the development, but also can interface directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

THE ROLE

In this role, your main aim will be to work to the best of your ability in a small and lean agile team working across our clients, based in our London office. We are also supporting remote working, however you'll be required in the office 1-2 days a week. The vast majority of your time will be spent working with our clients to ensure effective delivery of a fast-paced backlog of design items. Your work will include designing websites for local businesses. From time to time, you will build micro-sites and landing pages using no-code tools. You will also be creating campaign assets for display banners and social posts.

You’ll have a strong desire to see our business grow and will work closely and collaboratively with the rest of our development team as our company grows.

As you'll be a key, experienced web designer in our team with plenty of experience yourself, you'll also be expected to drive the user experience for campaigns and websites and be able to interact with the developers.

YOU

We are looking for a designer with an obsession with UX/UI design with best practices and a flair for creating stunning work. The person we are looking for…

  • Must have 2+ years of experience designing story boards and campaigns.
  • Must have experience working in a small team.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and Web page design and building micro-sites and landing pages.
  • Knowledge of SEO and being able to include best practises within design and development.
  • You will have a UX mindset and be thinking of UX practises in all your designs.
  • Knowledge of prototyping software such as Sketch is a plus

The successful candidate will have the right to live and work within the UK and will be based a mixture of Remote (if preferred) and at our office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,265.00-£29,538.00 per year
