Chiswick Park is a 1.8 million sq. ft. business campus managed by Estate Management Company Enjoy- Work, which proposes a regular programme of events and concierge services dedicated to over 10,000 workers from 72 companies. Job purpose:
As the point of contact for our guest companies within one of our key buildings, the Building Manager will ensure the consistent delivery of excellent service and standards to our guests. Working within associated budgets, the Building Manager is responsible for delivering and maintaining a fully operational building including taking the lead on all ESG elements in collaboration with stakeholder direction and strategies.
Working with all departments and external service partners to ensure delivery in line with our overall Mission, Vision, Values and Objectives.
Key accountabilities:
· Day to day management of the highest standards within one of the Park’s key buildings and related Guest Companies, in line with the wider Campus operations. Owning and supporting all general Health & Safety compliance within the designated building and seeking necessary support on Technical related compliance guided by the Technical Manager.
· Be a point of contact for our Guest Companies for all queries and ensure that the flow of Communication with Enjoy-Work is consistent and accurate. This will be done via regularly recorded building meetings, as well as one to one conversation, email correspondence and telephone conversations.
· ESG lead for this building in delivering key metrics, with support from others within the team, on; -
o Building optimisation
o Waste & Recycling
o Energy Management
o Biodiversity
o Sustainability accreditation support in line with key strategies
· Undertaking regular building inspections, compiling necessary reporting and closure of actions.
· Acting as an Ambassador for the Brand in the continual engagement with the Guest companies on all aspects of operations and cultural ways of working at the Park.
· Active lead and engagement with external stakeholders, including corporate data tracking and presentations.
· Budget management specific to the above building, including tracking & forecast planning.
· Ensure correct Brand Guidelines are followed and represented.
· General Business Strategy support including: -
o Supporting all Project, Lifecycle Replacement, Fabric and M&E Repair work within the building of responsibility
o Identify and introduce new innovation & ideas for the benefit of buildings and estate, resulting in improved ways of works and greater efficiencies
o Take the lead on thoughtful initiatives for our Guests
o Assistance, participation and delivery on team initiatives
· Supporting the Technical team during LTA/fit-out’s post approval ensuring the contractors are managed safely and standards within the buildings are maintained.
· Working in collaboration with the Head of Guest Experience by facilitating the planning, developing and implementation of the Guest Experience Programme.
· On-call support for the Business in relation to Guest Support, Emergency Procedures and Disaster Recovery.
· Other ad-hoc duties as may be required as part of the operations team and/or the overall business.

· Working alongside the Operations Team, consisting of Technical Manager, Estate & Services Manager, Building Operations Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Sustainability Data Analyst, Operations and H&S Coordinators.
· Supporting our Head of Guest Experience, Event & Sports Manager and Guest Experiences Team.
· Working alongside our Departmental Team Managers and the wider team.
Personal Attributes:
· Facilities/Building Management in a similar environment, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
· Experience in building and maintaining key relationships
· Some Technical understanding building plant and systems
· IOSH Managing Safely essential, NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
· Experience in management of budgets
· Ability to prioritise within a multi-tasking environment, flexibility and attention to detail
· Innovatively driven
· Unquestionable integrity, discretion, ethical and professional approach to business, commitment and personal credibility
