We’re looking for four permanent, full time Building Maintenance Labourers, to carry out and assist with all trade related tasks as a Building Maintenance working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focused repairs team and a voids refurbishment team.

Salary: £22,672.00
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Patch based, per role, covering some or all of the following areas: Norwich, North, South, East and West Norfolk.
Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. A company vehicle will be provided.

In this role you will be responsible for the effective delivery of Building Maintenance duties this will include the following:
· Responsible for the effective and efficient repairs of all general labourer duties including all associated works within both occupied and unoccupied properties.
· Base disciplines to include clearance of empty properties, general cleaning, gutter clearances and decorating (non-exhaustive to the previous).
· To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures; co-operate with managers in complying with statutory health and safety duties.
· Take personal responsibility for own Health, Safety and Welfare and that of colleagues in the workplace.
Tools and Uniform/PPE will be provided.
Essential Requirements:
· Full Valid Manual Driving Licence.
· Previous experience of working on a range of general maintenance tasks.
· Previous ladder working experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a Trade environment.
