T4 Bubble Tea - Shoreditch EC1V (1 min walk from Old Street Station)

We achieve this through our delicious cups of the finest quality Taiwanese bubble tea.
Our tea is prepared from the finest tea leaves – whole leaves, never tea bags or powder. We grow the tea ourselves, at precisely the right altitudes, at our tea fields in the beautiful hills and mountains of Taiwan.
In our shop, the focus on quality continues, with artisan tea prepared for you in small batches, with the temperature and other conditions carefully managed.
We are looking for:
- Flexible individual who can work between 25hrs - 36hrs per week
- Available to work Monday - Sunday. Must be able to work minimum 3 days
- Available to work late shifts between 5pm - 1am
- Comfortable speaking to customers and sell the brand and product
- Someone who is passionate about bubble tea
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and called upon at short notice as cover
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Chinese/Mandarin speaking (preferable)
What are you going to do:
- Preparation of Teas and various ingredients
- Taking customer orders
- Making the drinks
- Routine in-store cleaning
- Sampling drinks outside the store to encourage customers to come in and purchase drinks. Note: this will be a key responsibility for this position.
