Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks with precision and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including equipments and utensils.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations.
- Ensure that all orders are accurately prepared and served promptly.
- Keep track of inventory levels and inform management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Assist with general store tasks as needed, including restocking supplies and cleaning.
Shifts:
- 10:00-22:30 (12.5 hours with two 50-minute paid breaks)
- 12:00-22:30 (10.5 hours with two 35-minute paid breaks)
Wages per hour:
- Probation: £10.5
- Junior: £11
- Senior: £12.5
- Manager: £13
