The Field Sales Consultant plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities – New & Existing Customers
- Hosting Virtual and F2F Meetings
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve monthly KPIs
- Pipeline Management and forecasting
- Managing the renewal process when appropriate
- Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest across BT solution portfolio
- Capturing customer data and landscaping in Salesforce
- Understand BT's products and services portfolio
- To meet/exceed all KPI requirement
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Maintain required internal BT Portfolio and Sales accreditation relevant for role
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Telecom field sales experience
- Track record of achieving quota
- Clear, personable, and professional telephone manner
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated
- Exceptional time keeping and attendance
- High standard of customer service
- Complete the necessary mandatory compliance training and adhere to the information security policy responsibilities.
