Administrative Assistant, Document Management Services
Full-time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Dundee

What to expect
Our Document Management Service plays an important role managing communications both within and outside the firm.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, safely and securely
- Directing mail internally
- Handling all mail according to defined processes and GDPR regulations
- Printing letters and preparing them for dispatch with any enclosures
- Completing associated documentation and other general administrative duties
What we’re looking for
- Good administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Minimum qualification level in Standard Grade English or equivalent
- Good IT skills, proficient in MS packages
- Previous mailroom experience is not necessary as full training will be given
- Positive, flexible, trustworthy & reliable
