FULL Time - Base Salary £22-25K with a monthly commission of £1K, OTE of £34-37K uncapped
Inside sales team plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, online meetings and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Achieve targets and achieve monthly KPIs
- Pipeline Management and forecasting
- Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest across BT portfolio
- Capturing customer data and landscaping in Salesforce
- Understand BT's products and services portfolio
- To meet/exceed all KPI requirement
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Maintain required internal BT Portfolio and Sales accreditation relevant for role
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Telecommunication or IT telesales experience
- Proven telesales experience
- Track record of achieving quota
- Clear, personable, and professional telephone manner
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated
- Exceptional time keeping and attendance
- High standard of customer service
- Complete the necessary mandatory compliance training and adhere to the information security policy responsibilities.
