About Us We seek a dynamic, multi-tasking, FM Operations Assistant, with a good eye for detail and excellent customer facing skills for this fast-paced SSA Facilities Management Team.
This service operates across both Richmond and Wandsworth councils. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing the day-to-day postal services, including sorting, opening and delivery of post. You will be responsible for liaising with both internal and external customers as part of reception duties.
In addition to this, the successful applicant will provide support to the wider Facilities Management team as necessary including support for evening meetings. They must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a flexible and co-operative approach to changing business needs.
You will be reporting to the FM Operations Assistant Manager, and you will be part of a supportive, energetic team, working together to address the challenges in this fast paced, varied and exciting environment. You will need to demonstrate experience of working within a reactive environment, able to prioritise a hectic workload. A full clean driving licence would be required and the position requires experience of and the ability to undertake manual handling with the lifting, carrying, moving of items.Duties will include but not be limited to;
