JOB DESCRIPTION
The Broadcast Studio Operator handles the delivery of recorded corporate video projects, based out of Accenture’s London office. A primary function of this is to manage equipment and recordings in and around the Fenchurch office. This includes operating and maintaining the new studio as well as the field production equipment. It will require working knowledge of cameras, lighting and audio gear.
The Broadcast Studio Operator will work with video producers to gather all project requirements and engage the appropriate internal and external video production resources to meet the customer's needs. They will also ensure smooth operation and upkeep of the in-house studio facility.
This is based at the London Fenchurch Street office and part of a globally distributed team of producers, designers, editors and engineers that manage the complex video production needs of Accenture’s global workforce. Work outside of regular business hours and on weekends will be required occasionally to meet the needs of customers. Domestic and international travel may be required to manage the production of events at off-site venues.
Knowledge of all phases of video production lifecycle, from pre to post-production
Ability to operate video gear including cameras, lighting and audio at office and off-site locations
Basic camera, lighting and audio experience in a corporate environment
Required Work Products
Professional camera, audio, lighting and editing equipment
Knowledge of Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Premiere or Illustrator
Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Basic Skills
Knowledge of live and recorded video production techniques and workflows
Verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of Canon C300, Sony FS7 or similar format camera
Link to demo reel of past projects, if available
Experience with required technical skills in live or recorded video production
Experience with planning and delivery of field video production
Ability to direct non-professional talent on-camera
Bachelor’s degree in television/multimedia production or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university
Experience creating/communicating production documents such as written show flows, call sheets and planning documents
Coordinating video production requirements with outside production companies; including cameras, audio, lighting, etc
Working collaboratively with marketing teams and providing guidance to senior executives
