We are currently looking to recruit a Production Operative to join our afternoon shift team and grow with the company. Candidates of all abilities are welcome and full training will be provided.
Previous experience is not essential, however we are looking for someone who enjoys a hands on role with an interest in manufacturing, and the different processes used to produce the final product at a high standard.

Job Description
As a Glass Production Operative, you will primarily assist in the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the glass making process. Dependent on the specific role, operatives may work upon a diverse range of processes including light duties, use of machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Using various pieces of equipment whilst following Health & Safety guidelines
- Inform management of any issues that may cause a delay in meeting deadlines at the earliest possible opportunity
- Quality check the glass to ensure no damage has occurred during production
- Check the glass against the works order document, label and drawings. Inform management of any ambiguities before starting work
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy, report any Health & Safety matters to management, e.g. obstructions and hazards

Salary: From £13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
