An exciting opportunity is available for a Compliance Admin Assistant to join our Content Compliance & Policy team. Through this role, you will be offering support to the department across a wide range of areas including maintaining the team’s daily workflow and instructing Avid editors.

What you'll do:

Maintain and update the Compliance Worklist and ensure all information is up to date. This includes liaising with internal departments over delivery dates, QC status, fast turnaround programmes etc.
Update the Compliance team with information on what programmes are ready to process, and ensure we maintain our viewing ahead of transmission.
Bringing up a variety of potential issues to the Management team such as TX critical status’, urgent schedule changes and the team’s viewing stats.
Co-ordinate Sky Post-Production Editors and workloads to ensure that programme edits and versioning are completed to a consistent and high standard.

What you'll bring:

Role requires consistent attention to detail and good organisation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and bring up issues efficiently
Clear and concise communication skills
Must be pro-active and eager to find solutions to problems
Good teammate, to work with a friendly & sociable team
Must be enthusiastic about Sky programming
Previous experience within a broadcast media environment is advantageous
