An exciting opportunity is available for a Compliance Admin Assistant to join our Content Compliance & Policy team. Through this role, you will be offering support to the department across a wide range of areas including maintaining the team’s daily workflow and instructing Avid editors.
What you'll do:
- Maintain and update the Compliance Worklist and ensure all information is up to date. This includes liaising with internal departments over delivery dates, QC status, fast turnaround programmes etc.
- Update the Compliance team with information on what programmes are ready to process, and ensure we maintain our viewing ahead of transmission.
- Bringing up a variety of potential issues to the Management team such as TX critical status’, urgent schedule changes and the team’s viewing stats.
- Co-ordinate Sky Post-Production Editors and workloads to ensure that programme edits and versioning are completed to a consistent and high standard.
What you'll bring:
- Role requires consistent attention to detail and good organisation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and bring up issues efficiently
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Must be pro-active and eager to find solutions to problems
- Good teammate, to work with a friendly & sociable team
- Must be enthusiastic about Sky programming
- Previous experience within a broadcast media environment is advantageous
