Whenever customers visit the BA Lounge, you’ll be there to provide them with excellent service. We are looking for next assistant to be an integral part of the team, providing a driven, hands on work ethic, a proactive nature, a great attention to detail. The sheer diversity of the role is what appeals to you as you may be involved in tasks from food preparation, to dealing with customers and washing up. Being part of a team is essential to you and your outgoing personality and enthusiasm ensures that we continue to deliver our high standards of service to our customers.

WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
- Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
- Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
- Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
- Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service
- Please note, this role is based at Glasgow International Airport and therefore requires photographic ID. We will be looking for a complete 5-year work / education history with no gaps more than 28 days - this process is handled internally. Successful applicants will also be required to pass a basic disclosure - you are not required to provide this in advance. This will also be handled internally.
- You must have a flexible approach to hours of work, as the role includes evening, weekends and bank holidays.
You don’t need any experience just an appetite for excellent customer service, an appreciation for good food and the rest we can teach you.
