You will be working closely with the senior management team to formulate business strategies and initiatives for the future whilst driving store progress against targets. You will set and oversee standard operating procedures and store service standards whilst ensuring agreed brand standards are achieved.
We are looking for someone who is results driven, and strives to exceed targets and goals, whilst being a supportive team player, as this role involves working within the stores, collaborating with the management team to drive the business, ensure brand standards are being met and developing fresh ideas!
