We are currently looking for a Breakfast Waiter/waitress to join our Breakfast team here at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London.

Please note this role starts at 5.30am so you would need to be available to start your shift at this time.

As a breakfast waiter/ress , you'll learn from some of the best in the industry; people who have walked these corridors for a great many years. Were looking for someone who'll be able to embody five-star service and our oriental origins: graceful movements, a humble calm, a true focus on the guest.

The Breakfast Waiter/waitress will be responsible for the following duties:

To ensure that tables are appropriately cleared and re-set according to reservation plans.
To present the menus.
To manage and assist the Restaurant Management in controlling the flow of the guests.
Basic knowledge of all food and beverage items served in Breakfast by Mandarin Oriental
To perform all duties related to restaurant opening/closing shifts
