Job description
We are looking for customer advisors to join our team in our brand new store based in Camden (Kentish Town). Our stores operate 7 days a week so your shift will be 5 days a week that spread across the 7 days. (WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED)
Someone with a background in the building/retail DIY industry would be ideal, but we are open to any applicants with transferrable skills and the drive to learn, grow, develop their knowledge and step up to the challenge of this industry.
We are a newly started business that is rapidly expanding and looking to add to our enthusiastic and growing team. From our humble beginnings of just one small DIY store in 2021 we will soon be adding to our growing estate of stores and opening a brand-new shop in Fulham and we are looking for new team members that share the same drive and passion as ourselves here at Zyber.
We are a DIY and Building Hardware store specialising in painting and decorating as well covering all aspects from Plumbing to Electrical, Tiling and all other aspects as we strive to be a one stop shop the community can be proud of.

£18,000 / £24,000
The Role
*To grow branch sales and margins, by proactively chasing sales opportunities, finding new business and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
* Assisting trade and retail customers with all needs, offering advice and guidance on a vast range of products and services.
* Opening and closing the store.
* Replenishing products within the store
* Accept deliveries and make sure everything is checked and put away.
* Flexibility – Our stores are open 7 days a week, with opening times generally from 7am – 5:30pm with reduced hours at the weekends
* General Store maintenance (Cleaning, Dusting, stocking shelves, facing up products)
