Part Time Breakfast Waiting Staff

Located in the heart of the city, The Park Plaza is a 4-star deluxe hotel that offers 129 state-of-the-art guestrooms, a 120-seater Brasserie style restaurant, The Laguna Kitchen and Bar.
One of the last things our guests experience is our breakfast, a full buffet of cold and continental options along with a delicious full Welsh Breakfast. It’s important that they receive the highest standard of service and a positive farewell from the hotel.
You:
· A customer service champion
· Able to work in a fast paced environment
· Flexible in your approach to work
· Ability to build relationships with regular guests
Duties:
· Welcoming guests to the restaurant
· Taking orders for Tea, Coffee etc and dishes cooked to order
· Serving tables
· Clearing and relaying of tables
· Attending to guest needs during their time in the restaurant
· Setting up restaurant for service, clearing down after service and carrying out all associated tasks
· Room service and executive trays
· Serving Lunch and Afternoon Tea

Hours of Work:
20 hours a week over 4 days
Previous related work experience is desirable.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
