To ensure smooth running of the Breakfast service
To ensure breakfast in compliant with Food Safety legislation
To ensure high level of customer service

Ensure breakfast standards are followed at all times.
Manage the Breakfast service
Good levels of communication both written and spoken..
Must have a proven track record supervising in a busy restaurant environment.
The above are basic requirement and further tasks will be required
