WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN DUTIES?

As a Breakfast Manager you will hold the responsibility for the successful management of the restaurant operation, whilst handling a variety of duties and tasks. You will have complete knowledge of all parts of the restaurant procedures including FB, team management, HS and Food hygiene, and excellent customer service.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing the entire Breakfast operation.
  • Being accountable for the business performance of the Breakfast team, including reporting.
  • Motivating, training, and supporting your team.
  • Delivering superior guest experiences.

WHAT DO I NEED?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience running a fast-paced, multi-faceted venue.
  • Natural leadership skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Passion for exemplary hospitality and a desire to create memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and pride themselves on being efficient and detail orientated.
  • Food hygiene and HS expertise.
