Job description
Dental Receptionist required up to 3 days a week.
We are a fully private Dental Practice located in the heart of Exeter city centre.
We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our hardworking and friendly team.
The ideal candidate will have brilliant telephone etiquette, exceptional organisational skills and excellent customer service skills. Full training will be given.
Working duties to include:
- General administration tasks such as filing, scanning and photocopying
- Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors to the building
- Email and telephone duties
- Verifying and collecting methods of payment
- Updating patient records
- Participating in team training events
- Supporting the practice's management and clinical team in ensuring the smooth running of the practice
- Managing correspondence
- Sorting incoming post

Part Time hours: 22- 24 hours per week
Working 3 out of following days: Tuesday 8am - 5.30pm, Wednesday 8am/10am - 5.30/7.30pm,Thursday 8am - 5.30pm and Fridays / Saturdays 8am - 3pm
Salary: £10.50 per hour start rate, depending on experience
