A day in the life of…
As Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for Managing all aspects of the Breakfast Food Beverage team. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.
Based in the Holiday Inn at Manchester Airport, you will be part of a small (but mighty!) team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
As part of the Manchester International Airport complex and situated within close proximity to all three terminals, this hotel boasts 280 bedrooms. The hotel opened early February and we are looking to expand the team now the reservations are growing!
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant at managerial level, preferably within a branded environment
- Experience of working within structured team environment and able to demonstrate effective influencing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and good team player
- Experience managing and developing a team
