We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to an additional £3.00 per hour:
Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am = extra £1.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm = extra £2.00 per hour
Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am = extra £3.00 per hour!
We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.
On top of your salary you can earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).

About the Role
- To co-ordinate the efficient running of breakfast service in Clocktower Brasserie
- To develop and train staff within the breakfast environment to an expected standard in terms of knowledge and process
- To liaise effectively with the Kitchen team regarding service flow.
About You
- Previous experience leading a team of 10 or more staff
- Experience of working within a 4 star hotel
- Passionate about hospitality, guest interaction and providing excellent guest service.
