Key Responsibilities: Sets up breakfast and lunch stations, ensuring proper amounts are in place for forecasted demands and according to the Senior Chef’s instructions and ensures proper service presentation Maintains buffet breakfast and assists guest with requests Ensures sufficient supply for next day’s breakfast and plans for it Requirements: A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality breakfast experience and customer care.
