A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Breakfast chef at Mimosa. We are looking for a enthusiastic and creative chef to serve breakfast from 8am until 12pm Monday-Friday and 10am-12pm on weekends. The menu is broad from a full English to pancakes with maple syrup so experience with breakfast dishes is a must!Shifts will be 7am-12pm, so a great work life balance for you but there will be opportunity for more hours covering busy weekend shifts from time to time.You will be responsible for serving our delicious breakfast dishes with precision, care and in a timely manner as well as stocking our Deli with delicious lunch items including fresh salads, sandwiches and paninis. You will also be responsible for ensuring stock levels are monitored, food is prepped and ready for the day and the week and maintaining a clean and tidy work station and kitchen.You will be expected to have relevant food safety and allergen training, follow health codes and hygiene procedures at all times and complete further training courses if needed.If this sounds like the position for you, send us your CV today!
