Job description
A luxury beauty retailer is looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Brand Trainer to join their team in central London.
The role
As the National Beauty Brand Trainer, you will be responsible for training groups of therapists and consultants, imparting knowledge in an enthusiastic and professional manner and representing the professionalism of the company. The role will require you to attend regular site visits at all of our client’s locations, ensuring knowledge and team presentation is always kept up-to-date, as well as introducing therapists to the unique philosophies of the brands. You will also be working to specific lesson plans whilst ensuring therapists have an excellent grasp on training content. You will also assist with social media and blog content.
How you’ll dazzle us
As an ideal candidate, you will have a beauty qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, approachable and have proven experience in a similar role. A creative, fresh approach to training methodologies and proven ability in designing and executing successful training programmes is preferred. You should also have the ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively with strong project management skills, exceptional presentation skills, training, coaching and communication skills.
The perfect candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in the beauty industry. A proven track record in sales is an advantage.
