Job description
We are looking for a Promotions Assistant to join our team and help us promote our products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, creating brand awareness, and providing excellent customer service. The Promoter must be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills. He or she must also be able to think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Identify target audiences and develop promotional materials to reach them.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Organise and attend promotional events such as conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
- Develop and manage budgets for promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
- Work with marketing teams to ensure that all promotions are consistent with the brand's message.
