Brand Marketing Intern (12 Months)

Your new team
This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. With a global footprint across more than 20 locations and over 30 nationalities, our working culture celebrates inclusion and diversity. You will work as part the global central marketing organization, within the brand group team, reporting to the Marketing Manager. The brand group is made up of three teams: the Prestige team, the Core Whisky team and the White Spirits & Emerging Brands team.
This role will work closely with global Brand Companies and agency partners in developing brand activations and programs, and support cross-functional teams and commercial Business Units to help deliver the brand and business goals. Spanning a range of premium brands and categories, this is a great opportunity to gain experience and exposure in a fast-paced, dynamic business.
You will also be responsible for several cross-functional projects and team marketing tools.
Your unique contribution
You will have plenty of responsibilities:
  • Support brand managers in development of 360° brand, promotional and tactical strategies within TR channel
  • Work closely with brand teams to brief agencies, and manage toolkit development and asset delivery in timely manner
  • Manage internal systems and procedures to ensure availability to all stakeholders
  • Facilitate successful roll out of innovation in line with strategy and market needs
  • Effectively monitor A&P budgets and invoice processing.
  • Support BU’s on implementation of brand programming, in line with brand plans and guidelines
  • Work closely with digital teams and agencies to facilitate media and digital campaigns across multiple markets
  • Support brand teams on driving internal communications to drive visibility and engagement across the organization
  • Manage timeline & processes of project to meet key deadlines and budgets, as necessary
  • Communicate in a clear, strategic manner, both verbally and written in order to manage project and communicate outputs
Your blend of talent

  • Passionate about consumer marketing
  • Graduate calibre, marketing qualifications preferred
  • Well structures and organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Collaborative and positive approach, along with the ability to work independently and take ownership of key projects
  • Language: English mandatory, other languages preferred
