Job Purpose
- With the Senior Group Brand Manager, manage the Sanex Brand to deliver all KPIs including net sales, share, and margin objectives.
- Take the lead on specific projects and deliverables within the Consumer Experience Sanex team.
Main Responsibilities
Portfolio and Project Responsibility
- Manage the Sanex portfolio for Northern EU Hub (UK and Denmark) to achieve Net sales, margin, profit and share targets. Independently manage key parts of the portfolio.
- Support development & alignment of mid-year review & budget review process for the Sanex Brand.
- Lead the preparation for the monthly KPI performance review for the Sanex Brand, and provide required information and analysis, coordinate cross country market analysis and insights / information gathering.
- Communicate all risks and opportunities within portfolio responsibility on a timely basis to the Senior Group Brand Manager and PCP Marketing Director.
- Manage GTM process including collaboration with the European central brand team in providing necessary country input for NE. Lead hub/country portfolio evolution and
- For key parts of the portfolio, independently lead cross functional teams to deliver project objectives as per the agreed goals.
- Lead innovation projects throughout the product life cycle: gathering insights, concept creation, artwork development and portfolio management.
- Alongside the Senior Group Brand Manager, work with the digital acceleration and omni-channel shopper team to implement full funnel Brand Activation Campaigns to ensure a streamlined consumer experience for the Sanex Brand.
- Co-own the development of the annual Sanex brand plan for your portfolio and gaining stakeholder excitement and buy-in.
- In collaboration with the customer development teams, represent Sanex at external meetings.
Personal Attributes
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Marketing
- A passion for brand management
- Highly competent commercial and analytical skills
- Personal presence that commands respect/trust and the ability to build strong relationships quickly throughout CP’s matrix structure.
- Confidence and gravitas to challenge the status quo and negotiated and influence people at all levels of the organisation
- Inquisitive, proactive and challenging to identify new opportunities for improvement and proactively work with other functions to gain buy-in and initiate change
