Position Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Confectionery team as a Brand Manager for KITKAT 2 Finger and Biscuits, based at our York office. This really is an exciting time to join the team and could provide you with the opportunity to be at the heart of some of the world’s biggest brands.

A day in the life of a Brand Manager
As a Brand Manager, you will support the Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Director to develop and deliver brand and format strategy, new products, packaging, and campaigns that delight our KITKAT 2 Finger and biscuits customers & consumers, quite often with an entrepreneurial spirit and by putting our brand purpose and sustainability ambition at the heart.
You will be responsible for brand management of the KITKAT 2 Finger and biscuits portfolio, working across the full marketing mix of I&R, communications, and strategy development, whilst also supporting the wider KITKAT brand as workload dictates. You will be responsible for the regional activation of KITKAT campaigns, both above and below the line through working closely with different members of the wider team. Your role will ensure we deliver against the OMP objectives with the customer & consumer in mind.
These are some of the areas you will be involved in delivering:
- Supporting the Senior Brand Manager with strategic brand development, actively inputting and demonstrating critical and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Responsible for the successful creation and deployment of biscuits projects – innovation/renovation including branded media and in store activation
- Working cross functionally to plan and build channel and customers plans for KITKAT 2 Finger and local biscuit brands
- Use business intelligence to capture key-facts/trends to help make right business choices and report internally/to the Zone

You will also have:
- An understanding of, and experience in, digital & social marketing
- Strong commercial acumen
- Track record in delivering agreed performance objectives and demonstrating effective workload management and prioritisation.
- Evidence of good numeracy and analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple, complex projects
- Budget management and an understanding of key principles of P&L
- Experience in coordinating & participating in cross functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- The ability to influence and build strong relationships
- Strong presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders
