Job description
We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our FMCG team. In this exciting role you will be pivotal in strengthening our Costa At Home range and delivering initiatives and tools to create stronger consumer engagement. The role will be focused on landing a significant part of the innovation agenda for the brand as well as working with the Head of At Home to develop activations for these innovations. We are looking for someone with proven experience in leading innovation and activations within an FMCG brand at global or local level.

A bit about the role...
Reporting in to our Head of At Home, your role will be to drive the creation and launch of new global products and a wide range of marketing initiatives required to support the brand's value ambition. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Lead & develop the Global packaging design renovations
- Develop & Launch Limited Editions
- Create Selling Story and activation toolkits for NPD / EPD
- Use data to deliver actionable insights for quarterly key market & competitor reviews
- Ownership of the budget, management, tracking and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget

- Hands-on experience in Marketing, Innovation or Brand Management within FMCG
- Experience with analysing data and insights
- Experience leading innovation and packaging projects

- Fair and confident when presenting to senior stakeholders
