Job description
Walkers Windows are looking to add to our growing sales team.
Your working week consists of four days during the week with shifts of 10-7, your remaining working day is a weekend shift which is a 10-5 on a Sunday (Sunday shift will be based at our Huddersfield showroom. One weekend in 3 you will be asked to work both weekend days and take an additional day off during the week.
This is an employed position with a Basic of £26,000.00 and a realistic bonus OTE earnings of at least £500.00 PM.
Based out of either our Ossett Wakefield Branch. Training period of 4 weeks minimum to be at Ossett.
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers' questions about the products.
- Meeting sales targets.
Sales Executive Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress from customers
