VANRATH are thrilled to be partnering with the UKs most revolutionary Tech focused EV Charging Company that is changing the charging network infrastructure throughout NI. This company is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager (Brand) who wants to progress their career in the Tech industry (highest paying industry) and in a company that is in a major growth period.
This is a Hybrid working role - Office is based in Dargan (North Belfast) - Permanent position - Monday - Friday
Flexibility on working hours available.
Salary
£38,000 - £45,000 (Fully Negotiable) & Bonuses & 36 Days Holidays
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing creative campaigns that are executed across all of our branded routes to market and work closely with the business to ensure that customer journeys and experience are in line with our vision.
You will be responsible for managing external key stakeholders/business partners, PR Agencies and influencers. You will also have full ownership of social network performance, you will create, and post content where required, you will focus on scoping and developing new initiatives or opportunities to improve marketing performance.
You will ensure that the brand build is achieving targets set the around customer acquisition and retention, liaise effectively with departments to ensure there is consistencies in relation to the execution of our brand strategy.

Essential Criteria
- Relevant experience working as Brand/Marketing Manager
- Evidence of ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to senior management.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Demonstrate application of the full marketing mix.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
