Job description
As a Global Brand Manager, you will play a key role in the creation and planning of seasonal brand plans and driving cross-functional team success in support of our regional partners. Reporting directly to the Global Sr Brand Manager overseeing Spring / Summer, this role will support in the delivery of brand plans that grow the business while creating deeper, lasting relationships with our audience. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Retail to ensure the delivery of a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints. You will be instrumental in driving brand awareness and consideration, building brand equity, and delivering against key business objectives.

Global Brand Manager, Spring/Summer
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
- Partner with Sr. Brand Manager to develop global brand defining seasonal strategy.
- Lead key seasonal marketing projects from concept (brand architecture, visual identity development and naming) to regional hand-off.
- Partner with Sr Brand Manager to concept, write, and deliver briefs aligned to overall business and brand strategies and goals.
- Support the creative process of seasonal stories from brief through to regional hand-off.
- Collaborate with regional channels, global marketing functions and creative teams to develop best-in-class consumer journeys that align with the original brand brief.
- Support in the development of the integrated seasonal marketing plan including coordinating activities between multiple consumer touchpoints such as media, digital, social, in-store and event marketing.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand campaigns and assets, including advertising, digital and social media, events, and customer communications.
- Monitor and report on key campaign KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership on the effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns.
- Own digital tools input and ongoing management.
- Adopt, enrich, and oversee the execution of global brand defining strategy within regions.
- Manage the engagement with the consumer to ensure targeted programs are driving Act as the brand guardian, ensuring that all brand touchpoints are consistent with the brand guidelines and that the brand is presented in a compelling and effective way across all channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, agency partners, and external partners.

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, and experience working with creative agencies and vendors
- Understanding of retail and wholesale marketplaces.

Skills for Success
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Years of Related Professional Experience: 6+ years of experience in Marketing, retail, the outdoor industry or related field with a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful campaigns meeting brand and business objectives.
- Experience in outdoor, sport or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Experience in a regional or global function.
Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Pay Range:
$82,080.00 USD - $123,120.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential:
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
