Are you a passionate marketer with a deep understanding of the equine industry? We are thrilled to present an exclusive opportunity to work with a prestigious equine brand as their Equine Brand Manager! This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead planning and brand development, making a significant impact in the equine market.

For the role you will be paid a salary of £38-40k+ and there are some lovely benefits that this company offers too. You will work Monday to Friday preferably from the head office in the North West of England.

For this Equine Brand Manager role would love to see CV's from candidate who have:

• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong organisational, execution, and presentation skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Essential knowledge and background in the equine industry.
• An entrepreneurial 'Can Do' mindset that embraces challenges and drives innovation.
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, with the ability to confidently interface at all levels.
• Strong ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, including Excel, Power Point, etc.

As the Equine Brand Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's future by:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies for long-term brand health.
• Creating brand positioning, communication strategies, and marketing programs to drive consumer demand and increase market share.
• Identifying product innovation opportunities to address marketplace gaps.
• Coordinating campaigns and promotions across retail, sales, digital, and e-commerce platforms to ensure integrated brand communication plans.
• Collaborating with external partners to maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and positioning.
• Managing strategic partnerships and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Setting brand standards to ensure consistency across all elements.
• Analysing market trends and providing actionable recommendations based on key insights.
• Managing annual budgets by category to optimise marketing efforts.
• Supporting the sales team in gaining distribution and executing promotional activities.
• Acting as the 'brand guardian' in all communications and brand representation.
• Assisting with trade show design, planning, and execution.
