The Role:
We are looking for a fun, super organised storyteller that will be a key player on our marketing team. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition are met for all our marketing activity.
Location: HQ (London)
Pay Range: £40 - £45k D.O.E
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- With Puttshack marketing team, develop, communicate and execute brand strategy and annual marketing calendar
- Create strategic and tactical campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, conversion and in-venue spend
- Collaborate with PR agency to manage ongoing listings, the PR calendar and generate ideas that drive brand awareness and visitation
- Build partnerships with relevant brands to drive revenue and reach new audiences
- Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches to execute marketing calendar
- Lead the monthly Sales, Ops and Marketing agenda and meeting
- Collaborate with GM’s and local management centres to create local marketing plans and meet local marketing needs
- Manage venue comms and distribute monthly & quarterly marketing plans
- Lead best practice and global projects e.g. Christmas/Holiday with our US marketing team
- Lead the Menu Refresh working group, liaising closely with the food and drink team to update all menus in line with seasonal changes and pricing updates
- Be the voice of the guest by managing and reporting on the monthly KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities which drive NPS and CSat.
- Develop and manage all Puttshack branded merch
Comms & Creative:
- Oversee creation of marketing materials from brief to stakeholder approval including, but not limited to – menus, POS, sales and digital collateral
- Work with Marketing & Sales director and agencies on advertising campaigns ensuring appropriate media and targeting to audience via medium, messaging and brand tone of voice
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology across all communications
- Collaborate with the relevant Puttshack teams on all mshoots to ensure we capture the engaging content needed to execute our strategy
- Maintain the brand’s content library with items tagged and licensed
Who you are:
- Organised with great project management & problem-solving skills
- Fun, engaging, witty verbal storyteller with great attention to detail
- Finger on the pulse of culture and trends
- Strong understanding of our brand & core audience
- 3+ years of experience in creating + executing marketing campaigns and programs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in Brand
- Experience in Hospitality/Leisure/Entertainment/Retail
- Project management experience or qualification, desirable but not essential
