- A lead role on all aspects of the consumer recruitment plan including ATL media, digital, social media, PR and rugby brand sponsorship activity.
- A numerate and commercial individual that can think strategically with strong analytical skills, responsible for the ongoing management and reporting of commercial performance, brand health results, budget tracking and evaluation and measurement of all brand investment to key stakeholders.
- Collaboration integral to role; strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and manage feedback across all business functions.
- The ability to operate autonomously and remotely – to make quick and informed decisions.
- Ensure best practice deployment, as well as developing a mindset of continual improvement.
- Experience in the disciplines of brand management, category management, or customer marketing would be a distinct advantage.
You will be passionate about consumer brand building with a demonstrable track record of strong planning and project management skills to support the growth aspirations of The Famous Grouse brand in a highly competitive arena. The winning candidate will become The Famous Grouse brand expert and play a lead role inspiring teams and building brand love internally and externally. We are looking for an innovative individual with a creative flair and a positive can-do attitude and flexible approach to duties. A keen interest in rugby or the appetite to become fully immersed in the world of rugby is also advantageous!
