WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Sally Hansen team is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the Marketing Manager working across the nail colour, nail care and tanning categories.
You will be assisting the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of brand plans that deliver profitable business growth through insight-led strategy. In this role, no days are the same. The key responsibilities include:
Brand Management
Support the Brand team in all day-to-day brand responsibilities.
Develop Point-of-Sale / In-store display materials.
Represent the brand and present brand inductions/updates internally.
Manage product samples, keeping stock room and coordinating sending samples out.
Support the brand team in generating campaign ideas, conducting product research & analysis projects.
Help prepare for big presentations by ordering sample products, room decoration and creating any necessary marketing materials (e.g. booklets, posters etc.)

Budget Management
Responsible for brand budget, ensuring effective and accurate budget management including monthly forecasting, raising POs and budget trackers

Digital
Manage the brand social calendar, planning our content on a bi-weekly basis, deciding our content posting schedule, assets to use and copy/messaging.
Lead local ad-hoc photoshoots and micro-influencer campaigns to generate new and relevant content for our social channels.
Keep the Digital Content team updated on our latest marketing plan to ensure new products launch online with excellence (great visuals, content and ratings & reviews)

Competitive/Sales Analysis
Undertaking pre & post analysis of launches and promotions.
Performance and brand analysis of your categories on a monthly basis.
Analysis of market trends, competitor activations and wider segment reviews.

Finance
Local project management P&L assessment to ensure investments are delivering vs target KPIs and profitability targets.
Work with internal teams on forecasts of all new initiatives and correct phasing in line with our sell-out ambitions.
Along with internal cross divisional teams, support the Marketing Manager on the co-management of the S&OP process, driving insights and actions for the accurate forecast for new and ongoing stock forecasts.
