The Assistant Brand Manager identifies opportunities to drive market share and net sales growth for NIVEA Face Cleansing. Deliver excellence in execution of launches and campaigns in the UK and ROI to ensure we always surpass consumer expectations and achieve our brand vision of making every consumer feel good in their skin everyday.
Your Tasks
- Continuous management of brand databases and interfaces
- Successful end to end execution of New Product Development (NPD) and relaunches
- Prepare and present core brand performance meeting decks
- Support on all strategy and objective setting for the brand providing the necessary data and insight information
- Provide data support for BPM updates and contribute in meetings
- Support with NPD launches providing initial suggestions for launch based on info pack and local research. Following up with CSOM and CMM preparations and presenting when necessary and following up with sign off
- Ensure all brand assets are up to date and systems have the correct and most relevant information online through media center and PIM
- Present brand plans to retailers when Brand manager cannot attend
- Develop and follow through on approved annual brand strategy and objectives
- Propose opportunities to address brand performance throughout the year.
- End to end management of brand initiatives executing an planned activities and providing tracking for launch
- Identifying opportunities from the global assortment and working with category and insights to propose local launches
- Present brand plans to retailers in order to sell in NPD and extend brand presence in store
- Present to senior stakeholders brand plans and get sign off for marketing activity and product launches
- Work with supply/demand planner to ensure no issues with supply of NPD and key products during peak winter season
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or a Marketing Graduate with internship experience
- A minimum of 1 years experience in Marketing
- Strong project management skills able to deliver in full and on time
- Strategic and Analytic Thinker with Creative Mindset
- Team Player with strong communication and presentation skills
