Brand & Design Coordinator Remote
Job description
This is a unique role for someone who is highly collaborative and versatile. You will be a creative, brand-focused marketing professional, who has a passion for design, brand development and a real appetite to be part of a creative team. You will work across the AC, supporting local and global marketing initiatives, working as part of the Marketing Team, and working with the regional and central leadership teams, as well as web and business support teams.
We are looking for someone who will be hands-on and has demonstrated their track record in the following areas:
Be a brand champion by ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness across all marketing channels and assets (particularly digital assets).
Plan, design and co-ordinate branding, logos, support materials and digital assets.
Plan, manage and execute global and regional marketing materials such as presentations, videos, digital marketing assets and other lead-generating activities to support growth.
Develop and manage a range of marketing resources to include image galleries and regional marketing toolkits.
Work closely with the other members of the Marketing team to refine and develop the AC’s brand, supporting the Marketing plans and the AC’s vision, purpose and strategy.
Support our member engagement and attraction activities across our Corporate, Provider and Individual pillars.
Support in the creative and engaging content for emails, web pages, digital marketing materials and social media in line with the AC’s tone of voice.
Maintain project plans, timelines and budgets for all programmes, track, report and measure programme results.
Supporting our web initiatives and areas around product marketing.
Being responsible for coordinating and designing adverts (online and offline), across our business lines.
Conduct pre- and post-campaign reporting and analysis; identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
Support the creation of new AC document templates and operational marketing processes, including briefing processes and brand toolkits.
Maintain and promote the highest standards of quality and integrity, ensuring reliable, accurate MI is available.

Requirements
A strong design, brand or marketing background with a minimum of 2 years of experience working successfully in a related role.
Essential - A hands-on designer with skills and experience in the following software: Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and any other relevant tools. Experience of Adobe Premier or Rush also preferred but not essential.
Essential - Experience in developing and managing brand guidelines and image libraries.
Essential - Experience in creating and editing videos
Essential - Excellent verbal and written English skills (other language skills are also a plus)
Essential - An understanding of working in accordance with company quality standards and policies.
Essential - Set up as a self-employed contractor or limited company.
Essential - Experience in supporting marketing functions in growing international businesses.

Salary: £25.00 per hour
