Brand & Concept Development (Internship)

At TGP International, we are looking for an intern to join our advisory team, working on exciting international projects, helping to deliver exceptional and industry first restaurants, bars, cafes and food halls, and more.
As the world’s leading hospitality agency, offering an outstanding 360 degree service to our clients, we are constantly striving to be the best and lead the sector in F&B and hospitality consultancy. We need a driven and creative intern to join our fun and dynamic team and have a direct contribution with client exposure on some of the world’s leading projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Developing brand concepts for food and beverage destinations
· Working to deliver client briefs including market research, concept narrative, branding, interior design look and feel, restaurant layouts, menus, uniforms, OS&E, music… everything you need to design a successful restaurant!
· Researching the latest trends and hottest openings in food, beverage and hospitality on a global and regional scale
· Project management and operations for F&B Projects
· Supporting the TGP team in administration and ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
· A passion and interest for the F&B industry
· A creative mindset
· A fearless and independent approach to work, enjoy working independently and in a team
· A willingness to learn and work in a high-speed environment, meeting deadlines and producing work to the highest standard
· A hands on, proactive attitude, being keen to learn more about all aspects of the hospitality and restaurant industry
This is a hybrid role and would be based either in London or Dubai where you will be expected to be in the office at least 3 days a week. Please only apply if you are able to work in either of these places.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £700.00 per month
