Purpose of the Role:
As a Retail Sales Consultant (Luxury Brand Ambassador), you will be the face of the House of Creed Boutique, responsible for delivering world-class customer service and achieving sales targets. With your passion and extensive knowledge of the House of Creed, you will represent the brand with excellence and build strong relationships with our valued customers.
Please note this role is part-time 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in the history, character, and features of the House of Creed, confidently communicating the benefits of their fragrances and products to potential customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, forging strong relationships with store management and ensuring the efficient operation of the boutique.
- Achieve sales targets while providing the highest levels of customer service in alignment with the House of Creed and Orange Square culture.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing counter environment, adhering to company visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with team members and the Boutique Manager to execute events and promotions effectively.
- Comply with Orange Square and in-store policies, including grooming guidelines, at all times.
- Record sales data daily, assist with stock management, and promptly carry out assigned tasks from your line manager.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Appreciation of the beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors, with a genuine passion to excel in the industry.
- A keen interest in fragrances and the art of storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience providing consistent high-level customer service.
- Proven ability to interact with clients/customers effectively.
- Highly organized team player, capable of communicating with colleagues at all levels.
- Proactive attitude, adaptable to changing priorities.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
