We have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join one of the largest independent staffing firms in the UK, where you can lead a team in delivering exceptional services to both clients and candidates. You will head and manage a new Industrial and Engineering division.
Profil
The ideal candidate will be working within a specialist recruitment firm already BUT as this is a senior role which could lead to promotion, our client will also consider candidates from other professional recruitment backgrounds.
You will be sales driven, have a clear strategy in terms of team development and expansion and, just as importantly, not be afraid to lead from the front.
You will have full P&L responsibility and will be expected to take full charge and run the branch as if this really was your own business.
Informations contractuelles
Basic £45k-55k - depending on experience OTE 80-100k
Responsibility for a team of 5
Position would suit existing BM, Team Leader or Senior Consultant looking for the next step in their career.
