Location: Aberystwyth, SY23 3UD
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Main duties & responsibilities
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for directing and supervising staff at the Aberystwyth branch and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
You will help ensure that the branch consistently delivers quality customer service and achieves sales targets and goals.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
Oversees the day-to-day running of the Aberystwyth branch
Provides guidance and leadership to employees to help them meet branch goals and objectives
Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective customers, demonstrating excellent customer service
Collaborates with other colleagues and managers across the branch network
Knowledge & Skills requirements
The ideal candidate will have following key skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent sales, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good level of verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, with a good attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workload, delegating where appropriate
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
