  • 38.75 hours per week. (5 days per week Monday to Sunday)
  • £23,562.50 - £28,275.00 per annum. Bonus Scheme, 28 days holiday increasing to 33, Birthday Holiday, Uniform Supplied, Company Pension Scheme, Staff Discount scheme.

What we expect from a successful applicant:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Day to day management of the branch and staff
  • Support, develop and supervise a small team of staff
  • Able to work to targets and motivate a team to reach agreed goals
  • Able to manage own and colleague’s times effectively
  • Can take and deliver instruction and communicate confidently with colleagues and customers
  • Good level of organisational, commercial and leadership skills
  • Maintain high standards of branch housekeeping and safety
  • Work within company policies and procedures
  • Basic level of PC skills required

Additional desirable experience (not essential):

  • Have previous experience of supervising a team.
  • Have experience working in a retail sales environment.
  • Have experience working with jewellery.
  • Have experience working in financial services.
