Job description
- 38.75 hours per week. (5 days per week Monday to Sunday)
- £23,562.50 - £28,275.00 per annum. Bonus Scheme, 28 days holiday increasing to 33, Birthday Holiday, Uniform Supplied, Company Pension Scheme, Staff Discount scheme.
Location: Greenock

What we expect from a successful applicant:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Day to day management of the branch and staff
- Support, develop and supervise a small team of staff
- Able to work to targets and motivate a team to reach agreed goals
- Able to manage own and colleague’s times effectively
- Can take and deliver instruction and communicate confidently with colleagues and customers
- Good level of organisational, commercial and leadership skills
- Maintain high standards of branch housekeeping and safety
- Work within company policies and procedures
- Basic level of PC skills required
Additional desirable experience (not essential):
- Have previous experience of supervising a team.
- Have experience working in a retail sales environment.
- Have experience working with jewellery.
- Have experience working in financial services.
