Jewson in Royston is hiring now for a Branch Manager leading a team of 6.
Competitive salary (Depending on experience) + Company Car + Performance Bonus + Pension + Life Assurance + Private Medical + 31 days holiday per year
Skills and Experience required:-
- Leadership of up to 6+ people gained in Builder’s Merchant or Construction Supply
- Proven successful experience managing branch P&L
- Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams
What the job involves:
- Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
- Build and develop great relationships with new and existing Customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions
- Build effective relationships with Suppliers
- Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
HOURS OF WORK
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 730AM TO 5PM
SATURDAY 8AM TO 12NOON FORTNIGHTLY
