Bourne Estate Agents are a proactive, local business which has quickly built up a growing network of branches across Surrey and Hampshire.
We are looking for an Administrator who is keen to further their career in a lively Estate Agent based in Guildford town centre and covering Godalming.
The role involves supporting both the sales and lettings teams with a variety of customer service and administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising closely with the Senior Branch Administrator
- Answer the phones and provide customer support as required
- Greeting customers and handing over to sales or lettings colleagues
· Providing remote cover for other branch Administrators eg holiday cover
- Various admin processes including:
- Creating window cards and property brochures ensuring all details are correct
- Producing relevant letters to Buyers, Vendors and Conveyancer's
- Managing the sales database and software
- Updating spreadsheets and providing information to senior management
- Checking compliance, Anti Money Laundering and Data Protection processes.
- Stationary ordering
- Photo copying, scanning and filing
- Other general administration & customer service duties

The hours of work are Mon-Fri 8.45am - 5.00pm (slightly short days may be considered if flexibility can be offered). Salary is dependant on relevant experience.
