Job description
We are looking for people to work in our Box Office at The O2 to deliver a friendly and efficient ticket sales and collection service for our customers.
You will work in the main ticket office on event and non-event days answering questions from members of the public and helping customers with any ticketing queries.
You’ll help customers access the ticketing app or print out physical copies of their tickets; and sell tickets or issue refunds.
We are looking for friendly proactive, positive and approachable people.
You must have a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a front line, customer focused setting; and thrive in a very busy environment, maintaining patience and empathy when working under pressure.
We will give you full training on our ticketing systems, but you must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately when very busy. You will be a team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
As part of the Guest Experience team, you could also work across other areas such as our Contact Centre or as a Suite Host welcoming our VIP guests. We provide a comprehensive training package so you will feel confident and comfortable in your role with us.
Important Information: This is a Zero Hour contract and will include working both weekday and weekend shifts. We ask that you are able to commit to a number of shifts per month and we ask for availability a month in advance, so you can make this role work for you.
We are holding assessment centres on 1 and 9 March and need people to start work later in March 2023.
