Virtual Receptionist (Weekend)
Due to continual growth we are looking to recruit a Weekend Virtual Receptionist. This is a part-time position, working Saturday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 10.30am to 4.30pm. There will be opportunities to earn additional overtime to cover holidays and sick during the weekdays.
Key responsibilities
- To deliver an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity
- To manage all telephone enquiries on behalf of all areas of the business
- Manage any necessary liaison with department manager(s) regarding customer feedback
- Understand and adhere to the brands and group requirements
Person Specification
- Ideally have previous experience in customer service role.
- Have worked in a prestige environment
- Have excellent interpersonal / customer skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be passionate about delivering an exception customer experience
- Be organised and have good attention to detail
The successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative and have an outgoing and personable telephone manner. They will also need to be flexible with their hours worked.
